Digestive dynamo breakfast smoothie
This smoothie is incredibly filling and is great for supporting digestion. The probiotic yogurt helps deliver some of the good bacteria involved in regulating many aspects of digestion. The oats deliver a good whack of dietary fibre, as do the flax seeds.
1 ripe banana
2 tablespoons of porridge oats
1 tablespoon of flax seeds
150ml of milk (regular or non dairy)
4 tablespoons of natural probiotic yogurt
Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract
