Homemade Sloppy Joes
Heat a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned, and drain excess grease. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring until softened. In a bowl, mix ketchup, tomato paste, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Pour sauce into the skillet, stir, and let simmer for 10-15 minutes until thickened. Serve the sloppy joe mixture on toasted hamburger buns.
