Ingredients for the chili seasoned shrimp:
• 1lb. raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
• 1½ tsp chili powder
• ½ tsp paprika
• ¼ tsp salt
• ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper (omit if you don’t want spicy shrimp)
Ingredients for the salad:
• 2 small mangos, diced (or 1 large mango)
• 1 large avocado, diced
• ¼ of a red onion, chopped
• 1 small jalapeño, deseeded & finely chopped
• 2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
• 3-6 limes, juiced (you’ll want enough juice to coat the salad)
