Stuffed Cookie Pie This stuffed cookie pie was so fun to bake! The cookie dough is delicious and each slice has the perfect blend of goodies. A scoop of vanilla ice cream wouldn't hurt, either. You can make this easily right in your stand mixer with your large mixing bowl. This would certainly be a perfect birthday cake for someone you love. Ingredients

• 1 Egg plus 1 egg yolk
Condiments
• 150 g Nutella
• 400 g Peanut butter, creamy
• 6 Reese's peanut butter cups, mini
Baking & Spices
• 425 g All-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
• 225 g Brown sugar, light
• 1 Butterfinger pieces to sprinkle on top
• 2 tbsp Cornstarch
• 1 Dark chocolate chips
• 100 g Granulated sugar
• 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
• 400 g Milk chocolate chips
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1 handful White chocolate chips

• 200 g Butter, salted
• 200 g Marshmallow cream

• 3 Toblerone candies broken up into triangles, mini
