Crispy Zucchini Fries 🍟😋👌
To make them: Grate 2 medium zucchini’s, salt heavily & squeeze out the moisture with a towel or cheese cloth. Mix with an egg, 1 cup of cheddar and your favorite seasonings. On a parchment lined baking sheet, shape into fries and bake @ 400F for 20 minutes. Take them out & enjoy! 🙌 #keto
