Fabric covered desk! Just cut fabric to fit panels on desk and hot glued it along the edges! So easy and inexpensive (especially with hobby lobby's 40% off coupons!)
Don't have a desk? Consider using a table skirt from a party supply store to turn a table into a desk. Organize your desk items using plastic drawers or a short filing cabinet underneath.
