(This original video was produced by Network Media, LLC and Kyle & Mistie) | By Life with Coco | Take some fresh pork chops. And there you go. You just want to place them in your pan so that they're not overlapping. This next one is what makes it magic. We are taking French onion dip. You're just going to drop a little bit onto each piece of pork This is not just for chips. This is also going to make a delicious, balanced meal for your family. Now, you're just going to spread that out using your spatula just covering it, really saturating it. If it looks like you've used too much, then you use just enough. And we're going to top that with some French fried Just cover it generously. I'm going to use probably this whole bag just so you get a little bit of crunch in every bite and we're going to add some chives. This is optional but I'm just going to sprinkle it with a few chives on top because I think it's going to add to the flavor and that's it. Now, we pop that in the oven. 350 degrees. You're going to bake this for 30 minutes to an hour. Depends on how thick your pork chops are. Would you do me a favor, babe? You're going to help me with that oven. Alright. I guess with these thin chops, it's probably going to take about thirty, 35 minutes but we will let you know for sure when it's time to taste test. Now, while that's baking, I'm going to make a delicious side dish that's going to surprise you and go perfectly with that pork. Add a couple tablespoons of butter to our pot and if you would, could you grab me the apple sauce from the fridge? Okay. Apple sauce. Here you go. I'm going to add just a touch more of the apple sauce because I really want it kind of saturated. So, I think the addition of the apple sauce with the cranberries is really going to go nicely with the pork but we are trying this for the first time. Let me know if you have any good stuffing recipes and if you would add anything to this one or what your recipe is, maybe I'll try yours next. It smells good, doesn't it? Yes. Can't wait to try these pork chops. This is a new recipe us. It is French onion with chives and French fried onions on top. Look at that. And we made this lovely side dish too with the apple sauce and the cranberries and the stuffing. Let's taste it all. We don't usually have pork recipes but pork is such a great protein because it's lean. This is essentially a healthy dinner because of the protein and it's low in calories too. Hey by the way what do you call a pig that does karate? Oh Kyle has jokes y'all. A pig that does karate. Uh huh. I don't know you tell me. A pork chop. See it's a fork. Okay that's actually really cute. Alright. I think that's cute. Let's get which piece do you want? How about this one down here? Sure. I want all the I want all the crunchy stuff. Okay. Okay. Alright. Let's see. I'm a little nervous. Are you going to put some stuffing on there as well? I don't think it's stuck on my fork. Uh yes let's get some stuffing on the side. There we go. Alright. Okay. I'm nervous. Is it the taste test time? Yeah. You're going to come help me, right? Yeah. I'm coming in right now. Alright, here we go. I can't wait to try it. So, I saw this one going viral. Y'all are always asking where we come up with our recipe. Sometimes we make our own. Sometimes we try an addition to one that we've already seen that's popular. Sometimes cookbooks. This is one that's been going viral so I thought I have got to check it out and see for myself. Now, pork is pretty easy to overcook. So, I did this one about 25 minutes. Probably could've gotten away with twenty. Little bit less would be fine. You want that bite right there? Sure. Too big. No, that's fine. Okay. You do the first one. What do we think? This is unique. Whoever would have thought putting a French onion dip on pork chops. Let me get all the flavors. Mhm. I actually really like it. It's not bad. It's not bad. I'm excited to try this stuffing. Here she go first. Pork chops and apple sauce. So what do we think of the the stuffing? I like the stuffing a lot actually. So you like the stuffing even more than the pork? Yeah. I mean I like the pork. That is good. Why have we not been doing this before? Mhm. The apple sauce with the stuffing is great. I'm going to get one more bite of the pork chops. Yeah this is good. One more bite. Cuz I really want to give you a good assessment. Okay. Here we go. Ready? You know what? What makes this the best? The crunchy on top. I do think that's. Make sure you really give yourself a healthy dose of those French fried onions because the crunch goes really nice with it. I think this is a winner. Alright, let me know what you think and what you would do differently with this one. Cool.
