Great to spend this morning with colleagues from across Ergo, Presidio and our partner ServiceNow during a Managed Services Training Session. The session focused on our managed services capabilities, our outcomes-focused delivery model, and how we continue to strengthen operational excellence while leveraging the ServiceNow platform to drive value for our customers. We explored how we're delivering automation, streamlined workflows, AI-enhanced services and proactive support across increasingly complex IT environments, particularly within heavily regulated industries. One of the most valuable aspects of the day was hearing different perspectives from across the combined teams, sharing real-world experiences and learning from each other's expertise. It was also great to hear from the ServiceNow specialists about the platform's capabilities and how we're strengthening our collective ability to help customers modernise operations, improve service delivery and achieve better business outcomes. As Ergo becomes Presidio, sessions like these help us build stronger connections, align best practices and combine the depth of expertise across both organisations. From Dublin to Dallas, our first Presidio Exchange was one to remember. Last week, members of Ergo’s Irish Services Leadership Team joined Presidio Exchange for the first time since becoming part of Presidio, alongside colleagues and partners from across the business. The week brought together leaders, customers and partners to share perspectives on the opportunities and challenges shaping the future of technology, with AI naturally high on the agenda. One message came through clearly: successful AI adoption is about more than technology. It requires business transformation, organisational change and a clear focus on measurable outcomes. A key highlight was hearing how Presidio is Customer Zero in its own AI journey, putting AI into practice across the business to better understand what it takes to scale adoption, manage change and deliver value.
