Emily's bedroom was cluttered & although we could get underbed drawers beneath her bed frame, we needed much more storage for her clothes. We decided to create a midsleeper bed by putting a bed frame on top of a row of Ikea Nordli drawers. The bedframe would be fixed to this. Surprise! There's a secret den under the bed. Ikea Hack Cabin Bed Midsleeper Bed on Nordli Drawers. Emily can sleep in the den under her Ikea Hack bed. There was space behind the drawers to create her hidden den. We hung a string of chinese lantern lights and put her pillows and duvets there. Its such a cosy space and she loves to sleep here.
