Weekly for menus:: Monday - Wednesday breakfast banana/ eggs/ coffee Lunch - tomato soup / tuna salad and crackers Dinner- grilled chicken cutlet/ sautéed spinach / salad with balsamic vinegrette Dessert/ 2 meringue cookies Thursday - Sunday breakfast/ grits/ fruit/coffee Lunch - salad with grilled chicken Dinner- 1/4 c pasta with beans and shrimp and broccoli Dessert/1 scoop marshmallow fluff YOGA 3X week
