No Cream, No Butter Paneer Masala 😍
This rich and flavourful recipe comes together in a few minutes and has no butter or cream! In a bowl add and gently mix and marinate the following: -15 to 20 Cubes of Paneer • -1 TSP Red Chilli Powder • -A Pinch of Turmeric • -1/2 TSP Jeera Powder • -1 TSP Ginger Garlic Paste • -Salt to Taste -In a pan, add 1 TBSP Oil, 1 Onion and saute until translucent -Further add all the spices (1 TSP Red Chilli Powder, 1/2 TSP Jeera Powder, 1/2 TSP Coriander Powder, and 1/2 TSP Garam Masala, Salt To Taste) -Saute all the masalas on low flame -Add 2 Chopped tomatoes and saute until tomatoes are soft and mushy -keep the flame on low and add 1/2 Cup whisked Curd. Mix and combine well with the masala. Cook until the oil starts to separate -Add some water if required to adjust the consistency
