Seafood Bake of my Dreams- Cod, Scallops and Shrimp in a creamy, garlicky wine butter sauce with crunchy Parmesan crackers! Ingredients: 1 lbs Cod 1 lbs Jumbo Shrimp 1/2 lbs Scallops 1 stick (1/4 cup) butter, salted 2 garlic cloves 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup white wine 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream The zest of 1/2 lemon Black pepper, to taste Charred lemon, for serving Parsley Crunchy Cracker Topping: 4 oz @backtonature round crackers 2 tbs butter, melted 1/2 cup Parmigiano Reggiano Method: 1. Preheat oven at 400 F; 2. Over medium heat melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant; add wine and cook half way down; season with salt and pepper and lemon zest; turn heat on and add cream; 3.
