You just never know who you will run into on the scariest night of the year! We received these sweet Halloween photos and kind note from Kelli Barton! Ms. Barton says, “I took my little boy to Providence to trick-or-treat and met two of the nicest sheriffs. They went above and beyond to make my son’s 2nd trick-or-treat amazing. He squeals every time he sees the lights because he loves the sheriff cars so much.
