RECIPES Stuffing - first saute onions & celery in melted butter until golden & soft - use imperial margarine. Break up slices of white bread (Old Tyme brand is good). Add eggs (use judgement on amount), milk, seasonings of choice (sage), but poultry seasoning is a must. Add Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage links (diced finely). Bake covered on 350° for 45 minutes to an hour. Uncover & bake for another half hour if it does not look golden brown. Sweet Potato Casserole - use 2 large cans of Bruce's yams. Smash well. Put in large pot with maple syrup, brown sugar & cinnamon. Mix well. Heat on low about 45 minutes until mushy. Pour into baking pan. Top with marshmallows (big or small). Bake uncovered on 350° for about 15 minutes or until marshmallows are melted. I am going to try this recipe with fresh mashed sweet potatoes. Use Jones brand canadian bacon slices in recipes. *Vodka Sauce* - use my Allrecipes recipe. *Blush Sauce* - first saute butter & diced onions, add crushed tomatoes (2 - 28 oz. cans) & salt/pepper. Cook about 40 minutes. Add 1 pint of heavy cream, cook another half hour. Use any pasta. Gnocchi is a nice suggestion! *Mom's Pasta Salad* - 16 oz. of elbows, 2 - 8 oz. cans of tiny shrimp, 1 large can of olives (halved), 1 large can of coined carrots (halved), generous amount of mayo, paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder & celery flakes (use judgement for spices). Mix well. Add paprika on top for presentation. *Baked Apples* - apple slices, cinnamon/sugar, nutmeg & melted butter. Bake covered on 350° for 45 minutes. Remove foil & bake for another 15 minutes. *Chicken Salad* - mayo, lemon juice, & celery seed. *Lasagna* - Add egg to ricotta to set (2 eggs to 1 large container). Prepare homemade gravy as usual. Make it thicker though. In order - I added gravy, noodles, mozzarella, ricotta, mozzarella & noodles (repeat the above 1 more time, adding gravy to the very top). Cover. Bake on °375 for an hour. Allow lasagna to set & cool before freezing. Defrost before reheating. Reheat on °375. Prepare extra gravy for the side! Use Barilla no bake noodles! *Shrimp* - use fresh shrimp, leave shells on, steam in just a bit of water, when the shrimp turn pink they are cooked. Add Old Bay seasoning! *Scallops* - rinse & drain. Use McCormick lemon herb (no salt) seasoning and garlic powder. Allow scallops to cook in their own natural water (juices). This creates amazing flavor! Cook a few minutes until tender. *Cherry Tomatoes* - round, sweet and much tastier than oval grape tomatoes! *Liscio's* - bruschetta pizza. *Tastefully Simple Garlic Pepper* - use in lemon chicken, spaghetti & clams, shrimps or scallops (with oil) and recipes I screen shotted. *Mac n' Cheese* - boil 1 pound of macaroni in 1 carton of chicken broth (not sure if it is the regular or large size carton). Do not drain chicken broth. Add generous pieces of cream cheese to it. Add any shredded cheese of choice. She used Fiesta & Mexican blends. *Mac n' Cheese* - use Ragu cheddar cheese sauce & sharp cheddar. Add seasonings & butter to pasta prior to cheese sauce & cheese. *Chicken Vegetable Soup with Pastina* - 32 oz. of low sodium chicken broth, 28 oz. of Furmano's tomato sauce, 2 large cans of chicken, 1 bag of frozen vegetables, some diced fresh baby carrots, bay leaves, Tastefully Simple garlic pepper seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder & sea salt. Add veggies and bay leaves to enough chicken broth to cover them. Boil about 20 minutes. Add the rest of the chicken broth, tomato sauce, canned chicken and spices. Cook an hour on low. Add cooked pastina. Stir well. *Homemade Honey Mustard* - 3 tbsp. of mayo, 1 tbsp. of mustard & 1 tbsp. of honey. Mix. *Red Potatoes Au Gratin* - 6 medium red potatoes or 2 lbs. of mini red potatoes, one can of cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 cup of low sodium chicken broth, 1/4 cup of whole grain dijon mustard, onion powder (or real onions), garlic powder, thyme, oregano, basil, black pepper and sea salt. Mix well. Keep skin on potatoes. Slice circular and on the thinner side. Mix potatoes with sauce. Cook in crock pot on high 3-4 hours. Double sauce if preferred. *Spinach* - mix a 15 ounce container of part skim ricotta cheese (add 1 egg to it, season w/ garlic powder & black peppercorns) with two 10 ounce bags of fresh spinach. Top with bread crumbs. Cover. Bake in sprayed casserole dish. *Tip - add jarred cheddar cheese sauce to mac n' cheese. *Salsa Cream Cheese Dip - an 8 ounce block of cream microwaved for 1 minute. Stir well. Add 1 cup of salsa. Add Tastefully Simple simply salsa dry seasoning (if I have it). Stir well. *Buffalo breaded chicken bites* - dip each piece in egg batter, then in any low sodium hot sauce, then in Italian bread crumbs. Pan fry. Ranch dressing for dipping. *Use my avocado oil in certain dishes. I sauteed cauliflower gnocchi in it. Add grated macaroni cheese to the top.
