So I was going to do different Red Lobster biscuits because I had this for like months in my cabinets but I just went with the regular Cheddar Bay one. So you want to follow the back of the box but I just wanted to do a little bit different and I don't know why I was just like experimenting really. I just added in some garlic powder. That's it. I didn't add no salt. No nothing because like the biscuits already got flavor. And then when you add that little packet that come in there it's already like really like flavorful so you don't need no salt. So you want to add the water. You want to add the cheese. Then you want to go and just mix this. Make sure you don't overmix this. And I don't know y'all like I just be having these sandwich cravings like at night. Like I thought about this like three o'clock in the morning. I'm like oh snap I could do it. I was going to do shrimp. But I didn't feel like frying nothing today to be honest. I just wanted to just throw something in a little skillet with some butter. And y'all going to see like how I did it. But I didn't really want to do too much today. I just want to keep it real nice and simple. So I'm going to get the king crab legs but I get like the big king crab legs. Not the small ones. Costco. If anybody in Costco see this video just know that y'all got me mad because I don't know what kind of king crab y'all got but those is like baby king crab. These is not like the big ones that we want. We don't want those skinny ones. We want the big ones. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to go ahead. I'm just going to cut right there where that ligament is at and just deshell it. Then you want to go ahead. I just like squeeze it real tight to get out all that moisture because you don't want to cook it in the butter with the moisture. Trust me. And take that little white part off too. Like I don't know. Like if you having like some type of like white film on it. I don't like that. So you want to go ahead and melt some butter. I didn't add nothing to the butter. This is regular salted butter. That's all you need for this because I thought about it like I'm about to have the Red Lobster Biscuit Waffle butter mix. Then I'm going to excuse me. Then I'm going to add bacon. Then you know I just didn't want the flavors to clash. I wanted it to be perfect. So only thing you gotta do is cook it in some butter for about two or three minutes on each side or really till it's hot because king crab is technically already finished. Like it's already cooked so you don't really gotta do too much. Then I just try to like be like I'm on like Next Level Chef or whatever one of them shows is and just like use the and I just like do that. I don't I don't know how to do it but yeah don't don't mind me. Boom. Now you want to get the waffle maker do you want to go ahead and add some butter? I make the waffles diagonal from each other why I really have no idea. And I don't know why I be doing that but I just be like I'm telling you like I just get up and I experience and it just makes me feel happy because I don't want everything to be perfect and I don't want everybody to like everything. I'm just I'm just like living out my imagination. And then when I made the Red Lobster Biscuit Butter Mix look what happened to the I don't know how that happen at all. So you want to go ahead and sip it a sandwich how you want to. I just add that mix on that waffle then I went ahead and add it in some lettuce. Cuz you know you gotta have a little something healthy. Like you don't want to just make it dick backish. You want to make it a little bit healthy. That's some pork bacon. You already know how I'm rocking with the pork. Don't tell me nothing. I'm not eating turkey bacon or beef bacon until I get some good beef bacon for sure. I'm not eating nothing else. So you want to go ahead and top it off with that other waffle. Then you want to go ahead and just get that Red Lobster mix and just jazz it up how you want to. You can add whatever you want. Just be free in the kitchen. Like that's just what I do. And you know I gotta bev. Stop playing me for real.
