Sugar cookie dough, pumpkin pie filling and whipped cream | By My Life | Alright, that is just one tube of our Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough. I'm going to just move this to the side right now and bring it in my muffin pan. I have pre-sprayed this with a little bit of Pam Cooking Spray and now, I'm going to start putting my cookie dough pieces down into my muffin pan just like this. That looks great. We're making a super easy dessert today. It's a classic dessert that everyone loves especially this time of year but we're making it individuals and we're making it the super quick, easy way. Okay, now that I've got these all in here, I'm just going to give them a gentle little press to Kinda forming them to the bottom there. Don't worry my hands are clean. I just washed them. That looks great. Just pushing these down. Okay. And I'm just about ready for our next little step here. You guys are going to love these. This is my mom's favorite dessert. Look the oven's ready so we are just right on time here. I'm going to put these into the oven. The instructions say 350 for nine to 11 minutes but I don't want them to cook quite all the way. So I'm going to put them in for somewhere between five and 7 minutes. And then I'm going to pull them out and I'll show you what we're doing next. Alright. Our sugar cookies are about three quarters of the way cooked. I have them in there for about 7 minutes of the nine to 11 minutes recommended time. So now I'm going to take some pan and a shot glass. Cheers. I'm going to spray a little of my pan onto this shot glasses. That's going to help me with this next step. Okay. I am just whoo now it's slippery. I'm just going to stick this right into the center of these cookies and as I said they're about three quarters of the way baked. So we're going to make a nice little indentation into each one of these. There we go. Easy to just kind of smoosh it down in there. And this is going to make space for our next ingredient here. And as I said these are a traditional fall dessert. Many many people love them. It's my mom's favorite dessert. And we are going to be this one already came out perfectly on its own. We're going to be adding just really two more things. It's fall and 'tis the season for pumpkin pie. So I've got my pumpkin pie filling premade. I've got my scooper here. You could always make your own pumpkin pie filling if you'd like. But I am just using the premade stuff because I'm doing this the quick and easy way. So we've got our sugar cookie base and now I'm using about a cookie scooper's worth of pumpkin pie that I'm using to measure it. I'm putting that straight into my center there. So as I said the cookies are about three quarters of the way baked. And that's because we're adding this next ingredient, the pumpkin pie before we put them back in the oven and then, we'll be just finishment, finishing this off with just one more or a couple more maybe quick things and we are going to have delicious individual fall desserts that everyone will love. Look how easy that was. I'm going to put these back into my oven at 350 for about 4 minutes. See you then. Alright. Here they are. Our individual pumpkin pies. Just our sugar cookies. We made those little indentations in them and we used our pumpkin pie filling to fill each one. You know, you can't have pumpkin pie without one thing. Little bit of whipped cream on top. So, I'm just going to give this a little shake. I like to give it good shake. It's my favorite part. I feel like I'm getting a workout. Alright, and do a little bit on each one of these. There we go. Look at these beautiful. Oh. These are little individual pumpkin pies. You can put these out at a party that's going to be so fun. I love individual desserts. They're just an easy way for people to grab what they want. The portions aren't too big. This looks really good. And so now this was only three ingredients for these. Isn't that crazy? I love a three ingredient dessert. I'm going to add one more little thing. I'm not going to compass as an ingredient. Stewie. Little bit of ground cinnamon on top. I think it's just going to make these absolutely next level. They already smell fantastic. But this is just going to spice these up pun intended a little bit more. Look at this. Oh my goodness. Our individual pumpkin pies. I'm going to pop this one out so I can show you. Look at how easy that came out. Look at that. What do you think about that honey? I think that looks delicious. You think so? Okay, I've got a little cute tray here for plating. So, I'm just going to move these over and set these out for you know, Thanksgiving Day or any sort of fall party. I love pumpkin pie. Like I said, my mom loves pumpkin pie. If you've seen me make something pumpkin before, you might know that my nickname as a kid was little pumpkin eater. That's just what my mom said, I don't really know where it comes from except maybe Peter Peter pumpkin eater but look how adorable these are and so easy. I think our total cook time, you know, was somewhere around 12 minutes, maybe less than that. Three ingredients. One spice. And these are just came out perfectly. Alright, I got one more here but I don't think I quite have room for it on the plate. So, babe, this is yours to try. Ho ho ho. Nice. Oh wow. Is that good? That was so good. Look at that. Alright, y'all. Three ingredient mini pumpkin pies. You gotta serve these at your next party. Hope you enjoy.
