Or you can buy these big holiday rolls at Hobby Lobby to last several seasons for $5. • -start by tying a knot around your present and make sure you have loose tails (this is how you’re going to secure your tulle bow) • -you want to roughly measure the width of your present (I just use my hand), and start looping tulle in that width around your hand.
