Anywho, here are some instructions: • If you have a small or skinny present one roll of tulle from the Dollar Tree will cover one present. Or you can buy these big holiday rolls at Hobby Lobby to last several seasons for $5. • -start by tying a knot around your present and make sure you have loose tails (this is how you’re going to secure your tulle bow) • -you want to roughly measure the width of your present (I just use my hand), and start looping tulle in that width around your hand. You’ll want 8-10 loops, and more loops the bigger the gift. I did 10 here. • -put your bunch of tulle on the present and secure it with the tails from
