Calla Ramont on Instagram: "Gluten-free, dairy-free, & low in sugar brownie baked oatmeal 🍫🍫 the perfect healthy breakfast, snack, or even dessert 😆 

Ingredients 
1/3 cup oats 
1/2 spotty banana 
1 egg 
1/4 cup milk of choice (I used coconut milk) 
1 heaping tbsp cocoa powder 
Pinch salt 
1/4 tsp baking soda 
Chocolate chips 
Optional - add 1 tbsp maple syrup, honey, coconut sugar or sweetener of choice if you want it sweeter! 

Directions 
1) add all ingredients (except chocolate chips) to a blender and blend until fully combined 
2) pour batter into a lightly greased oven-safe baking dish 
3) top with chocolate chips 
4) bake at 350F for 20-25 ish minutes. Top with sea salt and enjoy!
