One of the most common struggles of Martial Artists is How to Kick Higher. People spend so much time trying to stretch as much as possible in hopes of getting higher kicks. They repeat the same stretches over and over, getting frustrated not seeing the results they are after. 

After years of researching, testing, and training, I discovered the drills that not only worked for me, but also for my students to get higher kicks. with these 3 EXERCISES!

Treat these exercises like plyometric drills. Three to 4 sets with 6-8 repetitions. Drill these at least 3x a week and in time you’ll start to see improvements to your time to power output ratio!!
