Italian Beef Braciole
A delicious Italian dish featuring tender beef rolls stuffed with fresh spinach and cheese. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); prepare a baking dish. In a bowl, mix spinach, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Lay beef slices flat, place a spoonful of the filling on each, and roll tightly; secure with toothpicks or twine. Heat olive oil in a skillet, brown the rolls on all sides, then place in the baking dish and cover with marinara sauce.
