Commonly eaten with soy bean milk for breakfast but this actually makes an incredible 'bread' for a sandwich 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt ¾ cup (180ml) water (you might need a bit more or less) 1 tbsp neutral oil (like vegetable or canola) Oil for frying - mix the oil into the water, gradually mix into the dry ingredients until it comes together as a dough. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes. - press out into a rectangle and then fold it twice onto itself. Rotate and repeat the process 3 more times.
