Jenn - 🌿 Lentil Flat Bread with Herbs – your new favorite gluten-free, savory bite! 🫓 Lentil Flat Bread with Herbs Ingredients: - 1 cup red lentils - 2 cups water (for soaking) - 1/2 cup water (for blending) - 2 tbsp olive oil - 1 tsp salt - 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1/2 tsp garlic powder - 1/2 tsp dried oregano - 1/2 tsp dried thyme - 2 tbsp fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped - Olive oil for cooking Steps: 1. Rinse lentils and soak in 2 cups of water for at least 3 hours or overnight. Drain well. 2. Add soaked lentils to a blender with 1/2 cup water, olive oil, salt, baking powder, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, and blend into a smooth batter. 3. Stir in chopped herbs. 4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with olive oil. 5. Pour batter to form a flat circle (like a pancake) and cook 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. 6. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve warm with dips or as a wrap!
