Halloween Treat Cone to fill with candy and surprises! The treat cone was a popular Victorian ornament. It was filled with sweets or small presents. Traditionally, they were hung on the Christmas tree, but I like the twist of creating some for Halloween. It is a fun Halloween treat to give friends and family.
