It’s high protein, low sugar and full of fiber, omega-3s and antioxidants. 3 cups almond milk (or half milk half filtered water) 1 cup frozen blueberries 2 scoops vanilla protein powder 1/2 - 3/4 cup chia seeds** Almond butter and blueberries for serving Serves 3-6 To a blender add the almond milk/water, frozen blueberries and vanilla protein powder. Blend until smooth. Add the chia seeds to a large airtight container. Pour the milk in and mix. Let sit for 5 minutes and mix again to remove any clumps. Put rhubarb and ginger in a jar. Pour over sugar, shake and leave in room temperature for two days. 2. Shake again so the sugar dissolves. 3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a clean jar. Press gently to extract as much liquid as possible. 4. Refrigerate the syrup in a sealed container.
