I think I’ll put this on this week’s menu too! ❤️ Here’s the recipe. 🥰 **One-Pot Chicken, Rice, and Green Beans** The perfect solution for a busy weeknight meal that’s ready in just 30 minutes and only requires one pot! 🍗🍚 **Ingredients:** - 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small tenders and pounded - 1 1/2 cups long-grain white rice - 2 3/4 cups chicken broth - 8-10 ounces of frozen cut green beans - 10 grape tomatoes diced (optional) - 1 tablespoon olive oil - 1 tablespoon butter - 2 tablespoons to 1/4 cup flour - 1 teaspoon paprika - Salt and pepper, to taste **Instructions:** 1. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and flour. 2. In a large skillet or pan, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside. 3. Stir in the rice, add the chicken broth and then add the green beans to one side. Bring to a low simmer. 5. Place the browned chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture. Cover the skillet with a lid and reduce the heat to low. Let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the chicken is fully done. 6. Once the rice is cooked and the chicken is tender, remove the skillet from heat. Allow it to rest for a few minutes before serving.
