▢24 oz (3 cups) full fat cottage cheese ▢1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese ▢1 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 minced garlic cloves ▢½ cup whole milk, plus more, as needed, to thin + 2TBLSP butter Instructions Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until very smooth. Add to a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Heat through, but take care not to overheat because it will begin to separate. Toss with noodles and parsley. 1 protein 1 fat (8 servings)
