A mashup of the Hugo Spritz and the French 75— meet the effervescent Hugo 75! ✨ RECIPE: Add 1½ oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, ¾ oz elderflower liqueur, ½ oz simple syrup, ¾ oz fresh lime juice, and 4-5 mint leaves to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. In an ice filled glass, add 3 oz sparkling wine, and fine strain the cocktail over this.
