Seafood Paella is a joyous, delicious and flavorful seafood recipe that you can make at home. With fresh shellfish, mussels, and other seafood this meal is packed with flavor! Fresh seafood cooks really quickly; be careful not to overcook. I know this is a seafood paella but I really love using chicken stock in this recipe. You can also use seafood stock.

• 1 cup Chicken of seafood stock

• 4 cups Chicken stock or seafood stock
• 1/2 lb Mussels
• 12 oz Shrimp, fresh
• 1/2 lb Squid, fresh

• 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes
• 5 cloves Garlic
• 1 Lemon, wedges
• 1 Onion
• 1 Parsley, fresh
• 1 Shallots
• 2 cups Tomato, fresh
Canned Goods
• 2 tbsp Tomato paste
Pasta & Grains
• 2 cups Spanish paella rice
Baking & Spices
• 1 Kosher salt and pepper
• 3 tsp Paprika, smoked
• 1 pinch Saffron threads
Oils & Vinegars
• 4 tbsp Olive oil, extra virgin
Dairy
• 2 tbsp Butter
Beer, Wine & Liquor
• 1 1/2 cup White wine, dry
