• 1/2 lemon, chopped
• 1 carrot, chopped
• 1 tsp ground turmeric
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 2-3 pieces raw ginger
• 1/3 cup Manuka honey
• 1 orange, chopped
• 1/2 cup coconut milk (optional)
• 3 cups water or coconut water
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes. You can strain into a cheese cloth, but I am lazy and don’t do it bc I don’t mind the texture. Transfer to an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.
