In a large bowl, combine 2 can of cream of chicken soup with butter. Fill the empty can up about half way with milk and pour it in. Add in poultry seasoning. Stir with whisk until everything is completely combined. Gently stir in chopped chicken breasts**** and thawed mixed vegetables. Roll out first pie crust into 9-inch pie dish. Add chicken mixture. Smooth out chicken mixture with a rubber spatula or a spoon. Carefully roll out the top pie crust and place it on top of the filling.

You just wanted to be even all over as much as possible.
