Recipe: • 1/2 cup rava/ semolina • 1/2 cup rice flour • 1/4 cup maida/AP flour • salt to taste • 3 cups water • 1 red green chilli chopped • 1 inch ginger grated • 10 curry leaves chopped • 1 tsp cumin seeds • Few coriander leaves • 1 onion finely chopped • Ghee • - In a big bowl add water, rava, rice flour, Maida, curry leaves, ginger, chilli, salt, cumin seeds and coriander leaves. • - Give it all a good mix. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes. • - Heat an Iron pan or nonstick pan. Sprinkle chopped onion. • - Pour in the batter. Drizzle some ghee and let it cook over medium high heat. • - Cook until crisp. • - Serve hot with sambar and chutney. • - Enjoy 😊
