Birch Point

The residence blends in beautifully with its natural surroundings in Southern Maine. The house has many features that can be associated with well-known Maine Shingle-Style architect, John Calvin Stevens, whose work was prominent in the early 1900’s. The gambrel shaped roofs and the dark color combination are classic features found in his work. This 3300 square foot house has a very open floor plan. There are many places in this home to enjoy beautiful water views through the tall pines
