The colors tinted the white acrylic paint... | By MollysArtistry | Is such a pretty painting. I am so excited to show it to you. I'm going to show you how I layered my cup because I always get that question. I love the combination of the white and yellow together. And I started with that and then this is going to be greens, blues, and magenta. I'm using in my white a little bit of Australian flow troll because I wanted to see how it would react in something different than a swipe and the results actually surprised me. For this painting, the white basically disappeared and it tinted the other colors and really just became part of the painting. You'll see when you see the dried result. So, I'm doing the technique that is called a straight pour here and I am just letting the paints flow out of the cup and I take a little more care when I get closer to the center of the painting. You can also rotate your cup to get different colors to come out on each side. You can really, really create this design however you want. I really wanted to take care at the end and make sure I got it all out of the cup. Just torching for any air bubbles here. Now, for the fun part, stretching this one out and you can see all that white that I put in the cup, it's gone. It's only the colors that are showing up but it did lighten some of the colors to make them super bright and I love that. The design in the center and these colors is my favorite and I love what the white did to the green around the edges. That yellow in the center, I absolutely love it and how many intricate lines there are. This is such a fun painting. So much detail. And you can see how it reacted on the sides. Super cool effect. And here it is dry. I love it. It looks like a vortex.

I wanted to do this super fun piece in two different color bases, black and white. I taped it off just so that I could get an idea of you know exactly where I wanted the colors to go and peeling the tape off can be so satisfying. I'm just covering the acrylic paint across the canvas using my blow dryer with. An air concentrator attachment on it there, We go peeling the tape. I love it so satisfying. There's really just something about the black and gray combination, and there are many shades of gray that you could use. but this just came out amazing and I used a metallic in the blue and then mixed with the white and the silver. it just ended up shining something gorgeous. There's that silver detail that's really gonna make the painting pop. I'm just torching to get rid of air bubbles and now for the blowout the composition here. I wanted it to be very specific going in a certain direction and I fix those little splatters up there later, some people said. Oh, I wish you would have kept them. I think they're awesome. And I wanted this in kind of a the design there we go goodbye splatters. I'm just working on the composition getting the blowout really exactly where I want it. It's important to know that it's not done and finished until you say it is and you can work with these paints because they're wet for quite a long time. But look at how beautiful the design is. there's no oil in here. This is just from the mixture and brands of paint that I use.
