When it comes to building big legs, you really want to try your best to follow a couple of basic ideas. Pick big compound movements first. Squats, Deadlift, Lunges, Good Mornings, etc. You want to use exercises that build the most muscle possible as a unit. Big compound movements are what you want to use to make this happen.
