Ingredients: - 10 oz (280g) ribeye or sirloin steak, cubed - 1 tablespoon soy sauce - 1 tablespoon olive oil - 1 tablespoon butter - 2 cups cooked rice - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1/2 onion, diced - 1 carrot, diced - 1/2 cup frozen peas - Salt and pepper to taste - Green onions for garnish Instructions: 1. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter. Add cubed steak, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until the steak is browned. 2. Remove steak from the pan. In the same pan, sauté garlic, onions, carrots, and peas. 3. Add cooked rice to the vegetables, stirring well. Add the cooked steak back to the pan and mix. 4.
