As a mom, wife, and full-time employee my schedule is so busy that I simply do not have 2 hours a day for a gym routine. However, I've found over the years that I DO have 30 minutes that I can carve out for ME everyday at home! And now tons of women have joined me at Fit Strong Mama for 30 minute workout routines.
