Ingredients: • 1 package udon noodles • 2 tbsp butter • 1/2 onion, diced • 1 garlic clove, minced • 1 cup mushrooms • 1/2 cup heavy cream • 1 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tbsp black truffle spread • green onions for garnish Instructions: • melt butter over medium heat and sauté onions and garlic until fragrant • stir in the mushrooms and add 1 tbsp of soy sauce. let these cook for a few minutes • add heavy cream and bring to a light boil. stir in truffle paste and mix until well incorporated, letting it thicken • add cooked noodles and toss until evenly coated. serve with fresh green onions or chives and enjoy!
