Ingredients 
1 banana
1/2 cup oats
1 tsp cinnamon 
1 egg
Pinch of salt 

Directions 
1. Combine all the ingredients together & mix well
2. Heat a non stick pan on medium high, add oat mixture in an even layer. Cook without stirring until bottom is golden (3-5 minutes)
3. Use a spoon or spatula to scramble the mixture until it’s golden and cooked through 
4. Add scrambled oats to a yogurt bowl, with fruit, nuts & a drizzle of peanut butter
