Ingredients: 1 tablespoon chili powder 2 teaspoons kosher salt 1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper 1 (1 1/2 lbs.) pork tenderloin, trimmed 1 tablespoon olive oil cooking spray 1 tablespoon honey Directions: Stir together chili powder, salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, black pepper, and crushed red pepper in a small bowl until evenly combined. Place pork on a cutting board and coat with olive oil; rub spice mix over the entire tenderloin until evenly coated. Lightly coat air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place tenderloin in basket at a diagonal angle so tenderloin lays flat and straight in basket. Cook at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 5 minutes.
