Fiery Thigh Workout!! This workout will target the inner thigh, and the outside of the leg. I would hit each exercise for 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest in between, and repeat the whole sequence three times!

Sumo squat, sweep
Curtsy lunge, leg lift
Plié pulse squat
Scissors
Three point lunge
Single leg abduction
Plié relevé pulse
