• 2 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli Powder
• ½ teaspoon Ground Turmeric
• ½ teaspoon Ground Cumin

• ¼ teaspoon Amchoor
• 2 tablespoon Ghee
• 18-24 Curry Leaves
• 2 Green Chilli Peppers
• 6 Green Cardamom Pods
• 10cm (4") Piece of Cassia Bark
• 1 Large (200g) Onion
• 4 Garlic Cloves
• 2 (200g Total) Tomatoes
• 2 tablespoon Tomato Puree
• 75ml (⅓ Cup) Water
• 50g (3 Tbsp) Natural Yoghurt
• ½ teaspoon Salt
• 2 teaspoon Dried Fenugreek leaves
• 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
