• 1 lb Bay scallops
• 2 8 oz bottles Clam, juice
• 2 lbs Crab legs, fresh
• 1 lb Fish fillets, firm white
• 12 Hard-shell clams in shell, small
• 12 Mussels in shell
• 1 lb Shrimp, large
Produce
• 1 tbsp Basil, dried
• 2 Bay leafs
• 1/2 cup Celery
• 1/4 Flat-leaf parsley
• 4 cloves Garlic
• 1 Lemon (about 2 teaspoons), Juice of
• 1/2 tsp Oregano, dried
• 1/2 Red bell pepper (cored, seeded, chopped (about 1/2 cup))
• 1/2 tsp Thyme, dried leaves
• 1 28 oz. can Tomatoes, whole
• 2 Yellow onions, medium
