Ingredients:
• 1lb of ground beef I used 85% lean
• 1 onion
Seasoned salt
Fry sauce -
• 1/2 cup of mayo
• 3-4 tablespoons of ketchup
• Pickle juice
Season salt
How to -
• Assemble your burgers, flatten them out as much as possible! Cook up your onions or leave them raw, lay on the burger, smash them down.
• I like to add fry sauce to my burgers along with raw onions and pickles!
