Hamburger helper from scratch - cheesey shells edition
1lb of ground beef
• 1 1/2 - 2 cups of shells
• 1 yellow onion
• 2-3 cups of beef broth
• 1-2 cups of sharp cheddar
• 1 Tablespoon of flour
• 8 oz of tomato sauce
• 1-2 tablespoons tomato paste
• 1 cup of heavy cream
• fresh garlic - ask your heart
• Salt
• Pepper
• Chili powder
• Onion powder
• Garlic powder

How to -
• Get a pan, add some oil, brown up your ground beef. Remove and set aside.
• Add in the onions and cook for 1-2 minutes, add in tomato paste, mix it in with the onions and let brown. This adds a depth of flavor. Add in the garlic and cook until fragrant.
• Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil, add in the shells and cook for 10 minutes adding more broth if n
