Ingredients: 400 g Pork mince; 1 1/2 cups Bean sprouts, heaped; 1 1/2 cups Carrot; 2 Garlic cloves; 1 1/2 cups Green cabbage, packed; 6 Shiitake mushrooms, dried; 1 1/2 tbsp Oyster sauce; 2 tsp Soy sauce; 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup; 1/3 cup Brown sugar; 2 tsp Cornflour; 3 tsp Cornflour cornstarch; 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar; 1 tbsp Oil; 1 Oil; 15 Spring roll wrappers; 3 tbsp Water; 2 tsp Soy sauce ((light or all purpose is best, dark is also ok))
