"Wake" is a full album of very pretty gently-guiding soundscapes that wash the filth of this world from my soul. i've had the tape deck on auto-reverse for hours tonight and yet cannot pick any particular track as a favorite.
as a reference point, i suggest "Wake" lies between Woodworkings and recent Chandeen, or perhaps what Lovesliescrushing would have sounded like if they'd been ambient rather than the logical conclusion of shoegaze.
do yourself a favor and immerse yourself in this music!
