The A side of this record is pure class. Hydro Twist delivers an irresistable bassline and the need to dance. Internal is one of my favourite breaks tracks from the last few years. Uplifting and groovy. No diss to the B side. Motion and Sand Of Time are another pair of quality Tech House and Breakbeat.
