The following document outlines the information gathering policies for advertisements served by Innovative Metrics Ad Server (IMAD) and data usage for ad targeting.

General

By accessing a website that uses IMADS to serve its advertisements, you acknowledge your understanding of this privacy policy.

Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

We do not collect any personally-identifiable information (PII) for advertisements served by IMAD. PII is information such as name, address, email address, telephone, SSN and other private data this is considered personally-identifiable information.

Information Collection and Use

Non personally identifiable information is automatically recorded in our system when you view, click or interact with an advertisement served by IMAD. We collect the following information:

Numeric counter data are captured on ad views, clicks and conversion events which is used to target advertisements and generate reports on ad campaigns.

Ad Targeting Practices and Capabilities

We do not use or create any PII sensitive categories nor do we have any segments that target children under the age of 13 years of age. We collect non PII impression-level view/click/conversion data which is used to anonymously optimize and show ads with higher click though rates and conversions more often within a campaign or placement. We do not use hyper local geotargeting. We do not use browser packet sniffing. We do not perform browser/device fingerprinting. We do not assist or knowingly permit any 3rd party to set a cookie, or alter/delete a cookie set, on any domain other than our owned and operated domains. We do not use any flash cookies or LSOs. We do not perform impression level page scraping. We do not use your IP for anything other than geotargeting.

Data Ownership and Data Selling

We no do not sell user data nor do we share cross client data to any third party except in the following cases:

As Permitted by Law - We may be required to share your information with law enforcement or government agencies in response to subpoenas, court orders, federal/state audits or similar circumstances. We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person or as otherwise required by law.

Business Transfer - As with any other business, it is possible that Innovative Metrics in the future could merge with or be acquired by another company. If such an acquisition occurs, the successor company would have access to the information maintained by Innovative Metrics, but would continue to be bound by this privacy pledge unless you consent otherwise.

Third Party Targeting Data

We do not buy or use any data from any third party data providers for the targeting of ads.

Cookie Policy

We use a browser cookie, a data file stored within your browser, to record ad performance metrics such as ad views and ad clicks. Our browser cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information.
