Halloween book of black cats tutorial with SNS

Hello my dear crafty friends!
Irit from Irit Shalom Designs is here today  with my first July  Sparkle N' Sprinkle release project.

This Halloween card was made with the new and just released stamp set called When the black cats prowl
and it's incredible Halloween stamp set!
I made this card with Tattered Lace book shaped die as a Halloween book using Tonic Studios Mirror black and gold cardstock as my book layers.
The stamping was done with black pigmented ink and heat embossed with Black detail SNS embossing powder.
The coloring was made with Tonic Studios inks that are listed below.
More texture around the pages was added with Tonic Glimmer paste, Tonic Mica Mist and Tonic Nuvo drops.

And now here is my step by step tutorial for you :

3.Stamp the pumpkin image on the left side in the same way.

 4. Cover the stamped images with Tonic Maskinh fluid and let them dry.

5. Cut the background white card and ink the edges with Tonic Carrot stick ink as shown.

6. Glue all layers with 1/2'' Tea- riffic SNS double sided tape.

Time 2 Create : Anything goes with Tando

Hello my dear crafty friends!
Welcome to my second February Tando post and this time it was made for Anything goes week.
So I made this altered heart as my tribute to our mutual creativity.
For me it's always Time to create and this Tando creation is so easy and fun to make!

The heart is one part of Tando printers tray, just one of three and it was used as the base for all other chipboard pieces.
Each and every chipboard piece was painted with DecoArt Crackle paint in the most random way: just add some paint here and there, don't try to cover the whole piece.
Then all acrylics were added over the paint splashes and the paint brushes and the sentiment was added to the finished piece.I used the negative of the sentiment only for this project.

I added paints in a kind " textured way"-using pallet knife or adding a lot of the paint as you can see from this close- up photo.

Frames and leaves with Tando

Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to our Tando Frames and Leaves week.
This week I made an altered Mixed Media project using a lot of Tando chipboards and even used the leaves negative as my background.
Sometimes the negatives are really nice as the background if we use the whole piece and then add the leaves over it.
Under the chipboard background I used Tando stencil to make texture of a kind of a dark wood.
The frame was covered with DecoArt Crackle paint and then some DecoArt Media line paints were added over to color the frame.
All Tando leaves were painted with a mix of DecoArt paints and the only other thing that was added are these green and gold berries.

L4Love altered door hanger

Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to my new Tando blog post. Irit is here today .
This time I am going to share my new easy to make Mixed Media door hanger.
It's a perfect one to make for the next month Valentine day small present.

This Tando door hanger was covered with stencilled letters using DecoArt texture paste and them painted with a mix of Media line paints  and other metallic paints.
I added small white marker dots to ass some light to this dark piece.
The title was made with another tag using the chipboard circle  inside and this time I used texture paste and a bit of embossing glitter over the letters.
I made this L4Love title with one single stencil and then added a couple of glittered hearts over the title.

Sparkles with Tando

Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to our Sparkle week  on Tando blog.
I made this Christmas/Winter ornament tag using just two of Tando products and a lot of DecoArt Media line products with Stampendous glitters over.

The MDF base of one of Shadow box frames was covered with a thick layer of white acrylic paint and DecoArt crackle white paint all together.
When it was dry the blue shades  were added using acrylic liquid paints.
Then the thick layer of glitter was added over the tag.
The reindeer was painted with white acrylic and a very generous layer of delicate glitter was added into the wet paint.'
This is easy to make project for all levels of crafters and you can do dozens of them in no time with similar Tando products.
