This is my Rhodes dinner rolls which I thought and I drizzled with some garlic-infused olive oil. I'm going to place some sliced sun-dried tomatoes right on top of this. You can put whatever you like on this but for these little mini focaccias. I love sun-dried tomatoes. I'm going to put some rosemary next. I'm using fresh rosemary but feel free to use dried rosemary I just happen to have this. The next herb I have is some thyme. Again, use whatever you like. Thyme is actually one of my absolute favorite herbs to use. So, gotta have it and the last herb I'm going to use is just a little bit of oregano on these mini focaccias. Just a little bit on each of them. I've got some flaky salt. You can use regular salt also. I just love the texture and the taste of this. Okay, for me, you know me, I love cheese. So, I'm just going to put some of this freshly shredded Parmesan right on top. This is absolutely something you don't have to do if you're not a fan. If you want to leave the cheese off, that works just fine. I've made it that way also and it is delicious. One last thing for this focaccia. I'm just going to crack a little bit of pepper right on top. I have my oven set at 350 degrees. This is going to be done in 15 to 20 minutes. Our little focaccias are done. Look at that. How golden they are. Oh I gotta have that sun-dried tomato on They are perfectly cooked. I love this little bite size. Okay, got my plate. I'm just going to go for it. Perfectly cooked. Absolutely delicious. Mm mm mm. Let me know if you try this. Yum.

I should have measured it out before but I'm using about a half a package of cooked spaghetti, alright? I'm going to save the rest for later. Yup, that's good. That's perfect amount. Alright. We're going to drizzle a little olive oil on top of this. Alright and then you know what? I'm using my favorite utensils, my hands. We're just going to mix this around, alright? Just a little bit. Alright, move this to the side. I have a bowl right here. We're going to combine one pound of cooked ground beef. Alright. We are going to combine. We have one can of Hunt's tomato sauce. And we have one can of Rotel with the juice, alright? We want to keep the juice in there. And then we also add into this one package of taco seasoning. I'm using mild but y'all can use whatever kind you like. And then little bit of onion. Little bit of diced onion. Alright. About that much. I think that's good. So we're just going to give this a nice little mix. Just to incorporate all the ingredients. Now y'all my normal way to do this would just be layer everything in the pan but I know y'all like when I mix things in bowls sometimes. So here we go. But also I I think it's good for this recipe to mix everything together. Alright? I love this dish. It's so yummy. It's so easy. So again, time to cook ground beef. You can even make it with chicken if you'd like. The Rotel gives it some flavor and we're going to add a little bit of seasoning to this as well. We do a little bit of salt, pink salt, little bit of black pepper, alright? And then we're also going to add a little bit of parsley. Just a little bit. Alright. So now, we're going to do here. So, again, I cooked a whole box of spaghetti and I just used about half of it in my nine by thirteen bacon dish and I mixed it with some olive oil. Now, we're going to pour this mixture right on top of our spaghetti, alright? Look at that. It's going to so good y'all. Y'all are going to love this dish. Alright. So I'm just going to spread this out a little bit just to kind of make sure everything's covered. Alright. Yeah that looks good. That's good. Y'all it's going to be so good. Y'all are going to love this dish. I love it. Y'all are going to love it too. Alright. Now what we're going to do here we have some extra sharp cheddar cheese. And yes y'all I've been shredding my own cheese but I still have some of this bag cheese left so I'm going to use it up. I don't want to waste anything. So we're going to cover the top of our dish with some extra sharp cheddar cheese. And this is going to be a delicious taco spaghetti. Alright. I love making this. Y'all y'all can totally customize it. Add some veggies and stuff if you'd like. Even a little jalapeno be good. Alright, so now we're going to do here. We're just going to finish this with a little bit of, I have some green onion left. I love using green onion. Why? Y'all know why? Cuz it looks pretty, right? It looks pretty and the flavors will go well with this dish. Alright, so we're going to put this in the oven at 350 for about 25 minutes y'all and I'm so excited to show you all this delicious taco spaghetti. Alright, y'all. Look at this. We have our taco spaghetti. I almost said it backwards. Spaghetti taco? No, it's taco spaghetti, alright? So, remember we mixed up some some ground beef with some rotel with some Hunt's tomato sauce and I forgot what else, onion maybe. I don't remember. Alright. It's been a long day y'all. Alright, so I'm going to try some of this right now. Uh we started with cooked spaghetti. Remember, then we talked it was shredded. Y'all I should just stop talking. I can't even talk right. Shredded cheddar cheese. Look at this. This looks so good y'all. It's delicious. It smells good. Alright, I'm excited y'all. I'm so excited. Alright, time to eat. Time to eat. I've been eating all day. Whoo wee. I'm getting full. Alright. So, let's see. I'm I'm going to cut this here because I want a little bit of this cheese. Hopefully, this isn't too hot and I don't burn my tongue because that happens sometimes. I'm sure I'm sure y'all understand. Alright, let's see. Okay, y'all. Here we go. Alright. Well, I'm trying to get like a good fork full so I don't have spaghetti hanging hot in my mouth. Y'all this is so good. Taco flavored spaghetti. Y'all are going to love this. You have to try it.
